- A 50% Deposit is required prior to the ordered item/s being manufactured.
- The balance of the invoice must be settled prior to dispatching the order.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Postage / Courier / Local Delivery fees are NOT included in the prices.
- Should payment be made via a cheque deposit, a 7 day clearing period will apply before orders are dispatched.
- Payment via EFT transfers into our business account. Banking details will be provided on your invoice.
- Direct deposits into our business account. Proof of deposit must be faxed to 0866483441.
- For international payments, please contact us for a SWIFT number to make payment via EFT.
- We regret we do not accept posted cheque payments.
- Counter to counter delivery service to any Post Office in South Africa.
- To door delivery service using our courier service. Should you prefer to use your own courier service, client to make own collection arrangements & settle directly with courier.
- We can personally deliver to a local Durban / Upper highway area for a nominal fee.
- Please note that the majority of our toys are made with a natural seedcloth fabric, this fabric has natural flecks in the fibre and will not be accepted as a reason for returning a product.
- While we hope you will be satisfied with your purchase, in the unfortunate event of an item being returned, please ensure the item is unused, wrapped in it’s original packaging with a copy of the invoice. The item being returned must be sent via courier paid for by the customer, should the item be found to be damaged or defective this courier fee will be refunded. Items must be returned within 7 working days of delivery.
- A gift voucher to the value of the returned item including postage will be issued and is valid for 6 months.
